At Diamondlady, we want you to feel as radiant as our collections. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Diamondlady account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging to ensure the garments are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
